Brettle, AJ

Authors

Abstract

Evidence-based practice is a concept that has grown across health disciplines over the last 25 years as a way of providing high quality health care. Radiographers are keen to implement evidence-based approaches but barriers remain in practice. This article provides a practical guide to help overcome some of the common issues that impact on the implementation of evidence-based practice in radiography. Tips and resources for each step of the evidence-based cycle, along with a worked example are presented.
