Blended learning mentorship within P&O placements

Abstract

The aim of the conference talk/workshop was to introduce P&O clinicians to the concept of blended learning and how this could help improve the training of clinical placement mentors. The workshop included a modified presentation that is used within the placement training programme at the University of Salford.
