DRAFT Children (Equal Protection) (England) Bill Proposal 2024

Abstract
This working draft proposes possible text for a Children (Equal Protection) England Bill 2024 which would bring in the Equal Protection (from assault) which children in England need, deserve, and are, frankly, entitled to. The wording could alternatively be incorporated into a future Children’s Wellbeing Bill (England) 2024 or Children’s Wellbeing Bill (England) 2025.
