Abstract
This document presents the detailed guided questions used to gather data from 21 highly experienced selected agile practitioners developing safety-critical and medical information system products in the UK, India, and Nigeria. It further presents information about agile practitioners involved during the exploratory pilot study, in-depth study, and model evaluation in focus group discussions in a tabular format.
