Mr Eamonn Farrell
Biography | Having worked in the Civil Engineering industry as a QS involved in Highways Schemes (new-build / reconstruction), Environmental Improvement Schemes and Rail Projects, I proceeded to work as a Project Manager delivering a portfolio of sports projects for The Football Association as a Regional Facilities Manager. As such I have a broad set of commercial management and project management skills developed in practice. I have been involved in education as a teacher / facilitator and lecturer (part-time and full-time) with extensive experience in designing and developing curriculum, delivering modules and courses across a range of subject areas within the Built Environment subject areas from Level 2 to Level 7 (Post-Graduate). |

Teaching and Learning | I am primarily involved in the delivery of modules relating to Construction Law, covering a range of subjects including The Regulatory Framework, Property Law and Building Law Principles. |
