Biography	Phill joined the University of Salford as Senior Technical & Facilities Manager 2021. He leads the technicians in the School of Science, Engineering and Environment. This includes over 60 technicians in a wide range of areas including civil engineering, computer science, chemistry and biomedicine. Phill has been a technician for 14 years starting out as a Sport and Exercise Science Technician and is keen to turn up the volume of the technician voice. This has led Phill to lead the universities Technician Commitment, which university have been a signatory for 5 years.
