Abstract

This SPSS template file supports data entry for the Evaluation of Daily Activity Questionnaire (EDAQ). The EDAQ variable names are standardised and ready coded. A number of commonly used demographic variables are also included.
A separate "SPSS EDAQ template total domains scores data file A Hammond v1 2016.sav" is also available for entering total domain and component scores. The two files can be merged if required. The suffix 1 denotes Test 1 / baseline data entry. The suffix denotes Test 2/ follow-up data.
The data entry files can be freely used and modified as required.
