Abstract

Stress and job burnout in organizations and government agencies is one of the biggest and main problems for people who are affected by it and it’s costly to organizations. Therefore measuring the economic impact of this phenomenon can have a significant impact on management decisions. The main objective of this study was to investigate variables related to the cost of manpower (occupational burnout, occupational stress, physical and mental health) on "financial" "internal processes" balanced assessment structure. According to the results of the study we can see that how each of these factors affect the cost of a unit of work. After the discovery of this article we can be attributed to lower costs by reducing burnout and stress and physical and mental health problems. Place of this study is city of Zahedan and one of the city of Baluchestan and thematic scope of the research are staff at 4 hospital units in departments of finance at the University of Medical Sciences. The results of the study hypothesis suggest that there is a significant positive relationship between labor costs (stress and burnout and physical and mental health) and financial structures, the total cost and total income of operating earnings, also the size, workload, education, age, gender, marital status and work experience, the experience of managers have positive effect on internal processes of cost management. The results confirmed that the basic needs of employees in decision-making and participative leadership managing style, modifying the organizational structure, required training programs, implement incentive programs and job enrichment leads to empowerment, effectiveness and increase in employee’s efficiency at work and promote effective health and reduce stress and burnout in the workplace.
