Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in China is rather limited and the idea is comparatively new to academics, directors and practitioners. In this article, CSR and enforcement measures regarding related legal obligations in the Chinese Company Law (CCL) 2006 will be discussed. Special attention will be paid to Article 5 of CCL 2006 with considerations on how to enforce this article more effectively.
