Abstract
'Counselling older people: a systematic scoping review' contains a compilation and appraisal of evidence from a range of scientific studies presenting a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of counselling with older people across a range of settings. As the latest summary of evidence in its field, it provides a convenient access point to a wide body of research. This unique publication is highly accessible reference text, which contains robust findings and evidence. It will stimulate and support thinking and further research for practitioners, administrators and others working in the field of mental health for older people.
