Abstract
By surveying 201 telecommuters in Klang Valley, the study
examines the employees’ profiles, beliefs and practices regarding
the adoption of telecommuting in Malaysia. While our findings
seem generally in line with the existing literature in the western
context, we reason that the practice of telecommuting remains
nascent in its forms and thus requires further research in the
Malaysian context.
