Dr Paul Wilson
Biography | Paul is currently the Associate Dean Academic which includes the approval, accreditation, quality assurance and management of the School's 70 academic programmes. Alongside this, Paul also leads on timetabling, workload allocations, simulation, apprenticeships and inter-professional education. Since joining the University in 1999, Paul has also held a number of other senior roles including Associate Head of School, Director of Programmes and also Associate Dean for Enterprise where he was responsible for creating partnerships, income and allied to the College’s teaching and research activity. Prior to his current post Paul was the Associate Dean Operations, which covered the management and leadership of the School's resources including facilities, staff and external partnerships. |

Research Interests | Paul’s research centres around the use of ecological models to explain health behaviour which has led to journal articles and a book chapter. His Doctorate focused on the notion of social practice to explain the emergence and design of cycle commuting centres. |
