Research Interests	My special interest and expertise is the inter-disciplinary area of using acoustics to measure wind speed profiles using SODAR and the design of novel and relevant instrumentation for specific applications. Thus, much of my research spans the fields of acoustics and meteorology. Over the past few years I have been involved in research on noise from wind turbines with its characteristics, its implications on residents and renewable energy planning applications as well as its perception by individuals.
Teaching and Learning	I teach modules on Mathematics and Programming and in the past topics relating to Acoustics. I supervise final year projects relating to my research.
