Dr India Amos

Biography	I joined the University of Salford in June 2017 as a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Prior to that I lectured on the Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at The University of Manchester. My clinical work has predominantly been in acute psychiatric settings. I have also worked extensively with people living with eating disorders and people living with HIV. I have a passion for qualitative research methodologies. I am interested in how we can engage individuals in an embodied way with research findings to aid deeper empathic understanding of human experience.
