The project seeks to nurture and build upon relationships with non-academic partners and stakeholders in the criminal justice system. The symposium will bring together research, policy, practice and experience (of the justice system) to explore how we improve community safety and build a ‘safe’ criminal justice system. It will be held in partnership with the Criminal Justice Alliance, a network of over 180 organisations and academics working across the criminal justice system.
