Research Interests	I research host-microbe interactions in wildlife in order to understand how animals deal with the different pathogen communities encountered across their life history, and their capacity to act as vectors for pathogens. I'm interested in disease ecology, the ecology of emerging infectious diseases, the gut microbiome, migration ecology and how anthropogenic factors impact all of these.
