Biography I am an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Consultant with a special focus on gender and race equity. Utilising research evidence, I strive to enhance fairer outcomes within organisations and public services.

Previously, I served as the Head of Women’s Inclusion at a West African bank, dedicating my efforts to integrating the financial needs of rural women into formalised banking services. My work encompassed the enhancement of inclusive policies, which led to significant improvements in women’s access to savings, mortgages, and affordable housing. Furthermore, within the UK’s asset management industry, I actively championed the inclusion of Black women into leadership roles.

I hold a BA in International Law and Diplomacy with a 2nd Class Upper Division (2008 - 2012), followed by an MA in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change (2013 - 2014). After completing my MA, I gained valuable experience working in the Not for Profit sector. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD at the University of Salford, having begun my studies in 2017 and continuing to present.
Research Interests My research interests are centred on Gender and Race Equity, with a particular focus on promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion both within workplace environments and in the provision of public services. My current work involves establishing a robust evidence base to advance the application of Inclusive Communications, with the aim of achieving fairer outcomes in the workplace and ensuring equitable service delivery in the public sector.

Key themes underpinning my research include Intersectionality, Feminism, Racism, and Neo-colonialism. These critical areas guide my dedication to fostering systematic changes and challenging prevailing inequities at the intersection of gender and race.
