Dr. Riul Jung

Biography	Riul Jung is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Salford, specialising in aeroacoustics and knowledge transfer. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland, where he focused on predicting and reducing noise generated by UAV propulsion systems. His research centres on designing quieter drone technologies through collaborations with institutions such as the University of Cambridge and the University of Auckland, as well as industry partners including Greenjets Limited. Riul is actively contributing to the development of industry standards for UAV noise. In recognition of his contributions, he was nominated as one of the top ten researchers in the field of drone noise.
