Dr Joe Harrison
Biography | Joseph Harrison is a research fellow in the PARA-MOR project in the School of Health and Society. He has a background in sociological demography from Stockholm University and completed a PhD at the University of St Andrews, in the School of Geography and Sustainable Development. His PhD research was on health and family trajectories of Pakistani migrants and their descendants in the UK and Norway. After his PhD he worked as research fellow in the MigrantLife project also at St Andrews, where his contribution has primarily been on using French administrative data to study the life course's of immigrants and their descendants, particularly relating to residential mobility and family formation. |
