Project Description
This project is focusing on creating lasting systemic change by improving the representation, progression and retention of chemical scientists from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds and supporting a culture of allyship and belonging. Salford will lead the project across three UK Universities, University of Kent and University of York gathering to create a joint community of partners for new research collaboration and creating new role models for the next generation of BAME students and allies.
