Alison will provide mentorship for a fellow based at University of Hertfordshire. The aim of the fellowship is to explore librarians’ personal, social, continuous, and relational experiences of undertaking practitioner research through a narrative inquiry methodology. By so doing, provide a window for the LIS profession to consider what are the needs of practitioner-researchers and how best can they be met. The data collection will involve in-depth interviews and analysis will use a storying stories approach. The fellowship outputs will include an academic article, conference presentation and engagement event
