Project Description

The overall objective of this project is the evaluation in vitro and comparative analysis of absorption, distribution, metabolism, elimination and toxicity (ADMEtox) of FDA-approved drugs for re-purposing in cancer.
Additionally, computational ADME modelling will be used to design and synthesise new analogues to optimise drug-likeness properties.
