AHRC: Re-viewing LGBTQ+ lives through broadcasting in twentieth-century Britain

Project Description

Marcus Collins was a the BBC 100 fellow in 2022 and was the project lead at that stage. He hired me as a private contractor to write and stage a play based on his research, which I did, "The BBC's First Homosexual" in December 2022. This is funding to expand that into a 60-minute play and produce a small national tour, together with some other associated events and workshops. I would co-lead on this follow-up funding.
