APVC Learning & Teaching Enhancement
With the introduction of CMS flatbed machines, combining shape, texture, and color patterning became a cost effective, commercially viable method. Shaped knitwear began to expand from the luxury sector into mass fashion markets. Other benefits include better stitch length and takedown control. These machines had enabled new shapes, styles and patterns to prevail on the high street, paving the way for the ultimate knitted garments in terms of innovation.
