Abstract
This paper addresses the issues surrounding gender pay gaps focussing on the Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector of the labour market. We adopted a mixed method approach to investigate pay issues among women working in ICT in the United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand (NZ). Our findings reveal commonalities of experience and some interesting differences.
