Abstract
The confluence of resources and capabilities, powered by internet of things and artificial intelligence are expediting the transition to smart living, connected mobility, connected industry, smart cities, a cleaner environment, improved healthcare, and an overall improvement in operational efficiency. This research explores how organisations are enabling this transformation, through the lens of dynamic capabilities and resource-based view theories by using a case study research strategy.
