Mrs Sam Ingleson
Biography | Sam Ingleson has worked in the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology since 2000 as a Senior Lecturer in the visual arts, working in socially engaged arts practice and creative education. In her current role as Associate Dean for Enterprise and Engagement, she is responsible for the development of external relationships with Industry and the generation of new commercial income streams into the School of Arts, Media & Creative Technology. Sam oversees The Pipeline, a Screen Industry facing CPD training hub that was established to support and develop the existing and future workforce within the Screen industries. Working closely with Industry specialists and sector funders ScreenSkills, The Pipeline team design and deliver training courses that address current industry skills gaps. https://pipelinemedia.salford.ac.uk Sam is currently a Co-Investigator for the Innovate UK funded MediaCity Immersive Technolgies Hub project. This is the Greater Manchester innovation cluster for immersive tech, virtual production, esports and gametech at MediaCity, funded by Innovate UK- innovation accelerators. Sam is also the University of Salford representative on the Board of Trustees for The Working Class Movement Library and is currently The Chair of Trustees. |
