| Biography | I am a Higher Education Professional with over 25 years of responsibility at a senior level in both consumer and corporate marketing, international partnerships, student recruitment and admissions and student service. I have had responsibility for developing, delivering and managing the implementation of communication, marketing and brand positioning campaigns across all five universities for which I have worked.I have also driven major business process and systems change programmes designed to enhance the student experience from initial point of contact to graduation and beyond. I am a corporate strategist and use my statistical background to provide insight and evidence based analysis and solutions across the whole student journey. My experience includes International recruitment and partnership development and I have a research and professional interest in the development of Strategic Enrolment Management as a profession within the US and UK higher education sector. |
