Dr Solmaz Rohani Najafabadi
Biography | I joined Salford Business School in August 2016 as Lecturer in Accounting. My journey in academia began in 2011 at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I simultaneously taught Management Accounting and pursued my doctoral studies in the field of Accounting at Warwick Business School. Throughout my career, I have been extensively involved in teaching Accounting modules, with a particular focus on Management Accounting, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, I have provided guidance and supervision for numerous postgraduate dissertations. Alongside my teaching responsibilities and research endeavours, I have held various leadership positions, including: • Module Leader for undergraduate and postgraduate levels (2017 - present) • Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) Business Management with Finance (2021 - present) • Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance (2018 - 2021) • Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) Business and Financial Management (2018 - 2023) • Salford Business School UG Link Tutor for the British University of Bahrain (2019 - 2022) • Salford Business School Lead: International Partnership (2021 - 2022) |
