Dr Mandeep Saini
Biography | Dr Mandeep Saini (PhD, MBA, MSc, MAPM, ARICS, GDME) is a Lecturer in Supply Chains, Procurement, and Project Management and Programme Leader BSc (Hons) Business with Supply Chain and Project Management at the Salford Business School. His scholarship focuses on project management, supply chain management, sustainable procurement, and socially responsible business. He is a member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Previously worked as an advisor to eCommerce businesses. He has also brought innovative solutions to project management, supply chains, procurement and logistics in the Automobile, Insurance and Fashion industries. Having set up several internal, outsourced and third-party projects across sectors, Mandeep regularly contributes to the learning and teaching in higher education literature. His academic & research interests include Industry 5.0, Industry 4.0, digitalisation in project management, procurement, supply chain and logistics management, and lean and agile in complex projects. He holds a PhD in Construction Management, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Salford Business School. Along with a book on Simplified Research Methods for postgraduate and undergraduate dissertation students, he has contributed to the literature on implementing lean and agile in complex supply chains, project management, knowledge management and innovation in teaching and learning in higher education. |
