Biography Integrative Psychotherapist with a 15+ years of clinical work, clinical management, psycho-educational delivery, supervision and research.

Currently acting as programme Lead on the MSc (Advanced) Counselling & Psychotherapy at University of Salford. Lecturing on Counselling and Psychotherapy under-graduate and post-graduate courses in the universities school of Health & Society. Previously employed to ensure clinical quality and standards within some of the UKs largest commercial mental health organisations, including leading EAP clinical support for the Cabinet Office, the Judiciary, HMPPS, DWP and British Rail

Graduated at postgraduate level and clinically registered in a range of psychotherapeutic modalities including; Jungian Depth psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH), Clinical Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (Dip.RespPsych), Psycho-Systems Analysis (Dip.PSA), Teaching Diploma Psycho-Systems Analysis (TD.IPSA), Neuropsychoanalysis (NPSA Clin. Fellow), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (prof.dip) also graduated with an MSc in Psychology from the university of Derby.

In clinical work I utilise a neuro-psychoanalytical framework alongside Clinical Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. Experienced traumatologist with lengthy experience and training in trauma focused methodologies including TF-CBT and EMDR. Certified clinical supervisor with the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists.

Research Interests Capnography and traumatic stress reactions: evaluating how conscious and unconscious reactions to traumatic triggers alters breathing patterns causing dysregulation in the bodies carbon dioxide levels as measurable through a capnography machine.

Correlations of individual psychological traits and talking therapy regulator membership: Looking at how different talking therapy regulatory groups may have different group-trait patterns altering client outcomes according to changes in the therapeutic alliance

Current research includes ongoing work around links between biometrics and psychometrics.
