In 2019, Adelina was selected as one of 11 creatives for the BBC's New Creatives scheme, through which she produced the short animated film "Songs of the City." BBC Introducing Arts" and is available on BBC iPlayer. The film was nominated in 2020 for OnArt Poland, Manchester Animation Festival, and Bolton International Festival. Adelina's research is focused on graphic facilitation as a tool to develop visions for urban greening projects. Her PhD is based on her visual work which helped conceptualise and design Cleavley Community Forest Garden, an urban green space in Eccles, Greater Manchester, UK, run by Incredible Education CIC. In addition, she has facilitated similar projects around Greater Manchester, including working with the Roma community in Oldham (a project funded by The Arts Council). Beyond her visual art, Adelina collaborates on projects that blend music and animation, such as "Songs I Want to Play," developed during the COVID-19 lockdown.
