Description I had the honour of being the guest speaker at the 15th International Conference on Organizational Discourse, hosted by the University of Bristol on July 1- 2, 2024. The conference theme was centered around ‘Actions, Alternatives, and Assumptions.’ In my address titled ‘Navigating crisis in a multicultural landscape: The role of discourse in shaping Actions, Alternatives and Assumptions,’ I delved into the impact of discourse during crises in multicultural contexts. Drawing from my doctoral research findings, I underscored the need for contextually sensitive collaborative research.
