Project Description

This project aims to develop a mathematical model to explore how lipid metabolism and inflammaging contribute to bone ageing and disease. By simulating the interactions between cholesterol-related pathways, inflammation, and bone degeneration, the model will identify key metabolic drivers of age-related bone conditions. The project will generate predictive insights to inform diagnosis, treatment, and public education on bone health. Ultimately, the work will advance understanding of how metabolic and inflammatory processes influence skeletal decline in ageing populations
