Abstract

Hand-drawn visuals commissioned as part of 'Project X', an initiative of Incredible Education CIC, a social enterprise specialising in health and wellbeing programmes that are delivered through horticulture and forest school activities.
The initial phase involved the production of 4 visuals which were generated using a creative approach: using data, the site management's vision, and sketches to visualise the space. The sketches were generated using a 'service safari' approach where the artist walked around the site and gathered photographic evidence, voice notes (detailing the intent for the space) and on-site free-hand drawings which were later corroborated with map data to produce rough visuals.
The visuals helped secure confidence in the site from funding bodies and are now used in branding the facility.
