The British Sociological Association 60th Anniversary Special Collection is a celebration of classic and contemporary articles from the stable of BSA journals: Cultural Sociology; Sociological Research Online; Sociology; and Work, Employment and Society. We have gathered together an impressive list of some of Britain’s leading contemporary sociologists to select and reflect upon those articles from BSA journals that they see as particularly significant. These articles and the introductions touch on a number of sociological areas, reflecting the important contributions of key papers and also unearthing a number of overlooked or new pieces, which will help not only encapsulate but also carry forward key sociological debates.
