Description	I was presented this award for the second time jointly with my colleague Gabi Round for continued outstanding service to enterprise and entrepreneurial learning in Higher Education that embeds the Young Enterprise Start Up programme. Salford are working alongside the universities of Liverpool, Herefordshire and Manchester Metropolitan to provide a workshop based on the Salford Ideation Sim at the forthcoming 2025 Advanced Teaching and Learning Conference. This will showcase the Young Enterprise start-up and the entrepreneurial mindset that enhances employability skills for students’ post-graduation. This will be followed by a teaching case study book.

Description	Awarded the best presentation based on my presentation for the development of the Young Enterprise module integrating the Young Enterprise (UK) Start-Up programmed at the University of Salford Business School. The presentation focus primarily on how the practical application of entrepreneurial learning and enterprise supported with 'live' industry engagement could enhance student employability skills during the module. Research suggests, these plethora of skills gained during the module are key skills that an employer predominantly seeks from employment ready graduates.
